new mom has a question

I'm 14 weeks pregnant and I am not showing at all! Is this normal or am I just over thinking everything? I have a few friends that are as far along as me and they already have their bumps.

I'm 15weeks & not showing either. Its normal it depends on where the baby is, you can carry the baby higher or lower then other ladies. My first pregnancy I didn't show till 20weeks & I barely looked pregnant lots of ppl thought I just gained a litte weight
