I'm currently almost 19 weeks pregnant. I was wondering if you can take melationin while pregnant? I have heard you can but i'd like to know a little more on it. Thanks

I know you can take benadryl to help you sleep .. that's safe.

I read on the label it said ask a doctor so i didn't even try to lol. There it's herbal tea you can buy from Walmart that really really helps its just called nighttime tea. I fix mine then put a little honey and a little sugar it's so good. And helps me get to sleep (:

i study in school about it.. it really is just a hormone that your body creates on its own. given that said it should be fine to take it. ask your doc first though. thats jus my opinion of knowing what exactly it is.
