Men and their egos

So my fiancee had to quit his job earlier this year do to an injury, he's been having a hard time finding employment since.

Not to mention 2 months after finding out I was pregnant he made me quit my jod.

Lately plenty of opportunities have came his way, but he lets them pass. He just sits at home and smokes all day. When I suggest him getting another job, he gets all defensive, with the " I'm trying.....it's hard.....no one wants to hire me ...bla bla bla.... "

How do I motivate him to keep at it, without seeming to harsh.

Cause I wanna say, "boy please, save the bull shyt, get off your as* and get a fu**ing job !!!

My boyfriend did the same with me. Now that our baby is 5 days away from arrival he wants to scramble and find a job. I don't tell him **** anymore because when I decide enough is enough I'll be headed out the door

Or maybe if u try getting a job, unless your far along already, he will get the message.
