Menu Monday!!!

It's been a stressful week and weekend for everybody. I can feel the anxiety on this forum so let's have a nice, fun, relaxing MENU MONDAY today. What are you craving? What makes you gag? And mainly, what's on the menu today?!


Well we already had lunch of PB&J sandwiches (my cupboards are getting bare...).

Tonight I think I'll make a sheperd's pie-type meal. It's like a casserole of ground beef, mashed potatoes, green beans, etc. all layered in a pan. MMM MMM!

My dad is a HUGE Packers fan!!! Have fun tailgating!!!

If anyone is going to use the recipe above, whether now or later, use an 8X8 pan (NOT an 11X13). Oops!!! I'm cooking it right now and came on just to say that. Toodles!

For breakfast I had a ham and cheese hotpocket. For lunch it was leftovers from applebees last night...three cheese penne pasta with bruscetta and chicken, with a side of apple sauce. And I was full so I am eating my mini rainbow chips deluxe cookies right now..*munches* as for dinner..who knows! I have been craving chicken skewers...that we make ourselves...seriously..just get some chicken and cut it into chunks. Let it sit in a bowl marinating in Italian dressing (we use hidden valley? I believe..) For about oh..8 hours? So just when you get up in the morning and its ready when its time to cook. Just stab it with the skewers with some peppers and onions...MMM MMM!

Hubby just asked me to make Bleu Cheese burgers for dinner... So I told him I would.

It's basically hamburger mixed w/bleu cheese and more on top after it's cooked w/lettuce, tomato, onion on a bun.

i had a turkey sammich for lunch.....for dinner, i'm turning a taco bell lasagna(well, taco lasagna) kit, into enchiladas....i found the actual enchilada kit in CA, but not since then, and the lasagna kit is all the same stuff, so instead of layering, i'm wrapping! DF is excited lol, he loved it last time i made it.....
