Met my new OB yesterday
He seems to want to let me make the rules for my c-section (no place within like 30 miles of me does vbac). Super nice guy, and said my old ob (he's known him for years) is quite excitable and panicky when it comes to any woman who might possibly have any kind of anything while pregnant lol. We set a tentative c-section date of May 25th :-).
Lol I actually just laughed out loud because if her asking about a wedding ring. Um, what? Sure we haven't been together in 3 years and I have no intention of coming back, but here let me drop some money on a ring you'll probably pawn (i dint know if she would but thats what my ex would have done lol)
Yeah she had gotten pregnant like a month after they broke up (right before we met) but she had an abortion because the guy left and now she is pregnant again and this guy left so now she had the nerve to ask my boyfriend why he bought me an expensive phone but she doesnt have a wedding ring??! She is crazy! Lol and know he isnt cheating with her because she lives in kansas and we live in texas
Lol that sounds crazy familiar lol I left my ex- husband two and a half years ago. Met my current man six months after I left my husband. My ex got a girl pregnant with three months of me leaving (lol surprised it wasn't earlier), and I just finally divorced him last october... Cost me over $2k to do it :-P. So I'm kinda edgy about being married again lol and I think my bf is scared of marriage lol. But his mom and my mom say don't rush into marriage if you don't want to, and both our dads keep asking, "when ya getting hitched??" Lol funny.
My bf is still technically married to his ex they havent been together for like 3 years, and we have been together for about that long (we can't afford the divorce and she isnt helping, and they have a daughter together) She is pregnant too!! (by a different guy) so im sure wer are going to run into alot of problems!

Lol I will be 21 on may 26! I will still be prego though :) Im so glad you found another ob that you like! And I sure as hell would be fighting with my husbands fmla too if I were you! Thats just ridiculous
We are high risk this time or would also wait until 39 weeks. Our son passed away 1 year ago at 39 weeks 2 days (accident day of scheduled delivery). Between this being my 4th c-section and our loss; I also have a non cancerous brain tumor, hence the high risk! We also have a daughter who will be 3 June 11th! So this little guy will be our 3rd Gemini baby. Can't wait!
I'll be exactly 39wks, he wants to take her a shade early just because I've already had preterm contractions.
How far along will you be for your c-section? My daughter will be 5 May 27th and our son will be born May 30th (37 1/2 weeks). We are excited as I got to hand pick my delivery team! From the doctors to the nurses! 49 days to go for me so that'd be 45 for you!
Glad to.hear things with the new ob seem to be going well!! Hopefully everything works out with your boyfriends work.
And the only reason I'm fighting is because #1 he shouldn't have to use a sick day for the birth of his kid, and #2 it's memorial day weekend and if he calls off friday he won't get holiday pay for monday :-( which he gets off anyways, but that means he's out two days of pay, instead of the holiday covering both :-(
I'm excited :-) now I just have to muck through my boyfriends fmla paperwork and fight with his work because they say he doesn't qualify for that day to be fmla because I'm having surgery...... Um no... I'm giving birth which is covered. Oi.... So I have to call all these state agencies to confirm what I already know, but his work is trying to weasel out of.
