So I'm 10w1d and my prenatals have been making me sick, I've heard some women use flinstone chewables with iron instead, I was just curious to how many you're supposed to take a day??

I take two Flintstone daily , just because prenatals get me sick also . Talk to your doctor he'll give you extra follic acid if you need it :)
