Might sound silly but plz help

I love reading other people questions and the comments that go along with them. But I'm kinda new to this forum and a little confused. I DON'T UNDERSTAND THE CODES lol. Plz don't think I'm dumb. Here are a few codes plz help Me out.

Bfp
DH
TTC

Those are just three I can think of off the top of my head. But if you know anymore plz list them. Once again plz don't think I'm a dummy.
