Mood Swings
Ugh I have been having the worse mood swings ever. I feel bad for my boyfriend but I can't help it. How do you ladies calm yourself down?
A good warm shower usually helps me calm down amd get my head together and curb the mood swings for a while. Hope this helped. Good luck.
