With each meal you have you should sip on a full glass of water with 1 lemon squeezed in it . I use to be just the way you are & drinking water with lemon helped me hold my food down! You should seriously give it a try!
Have you tried the saltine crackers? My boss told me to keep a box of them in my purse at all times to keep a little something in my stomach 24/7 , and its been working really good so far
