i had the worst morning sickness, lost 30lbs! thought i was going to have to take time off too, but my midwife told me about taking a 25mg Unisom & a 50mg B6 vitamins together before i went to sleep. literally, within a week i was back to normal. it helps you sleep & the nausea the next day disappears! i hope this helps & you get some relief mama!

Okay great, do you know if B6 is high in any foods ?
Sunflower seeds, prunes, chicken, bananas, spinach. im sure you could Google some good recipes that sound tasty to you to help!

This is completely up to you. If you can afford to miss those days, and the company you work for will allow it then by all means stay home. No need to add unnecessary stress on top of vomiting and being pregnant.
You can also check into FMLA which is a type of leave for medical reasons. You can see if your company offers FMLA and that way you can stay home without the fear of being fired for missing too many days of work. They can not fire you for being pregnant but they can based on attendance policy.
I worked at a call center in my first few weeks of pregnancy and it was awful I would have to mute the customers to throw up at my desk in a trashcan bc it would happen so quick I couldn't make it to the bathroom. But that's just my experience. If your situation is different, less severe you think you want to work through it then you can try it for a day and see how it works out.
Either way your choice will be the right choice bc it will be what's best for you :)
