Moving House

Hi! I'm just curious.. I'm 29w4d, we have just been approved for a much larger and better house to move into. My partner works a lot as hes a first assistant at McDonald's and the business owner is very very hard to please. He will do most of the heavy lifting on a day off, I have no choice but to pack and clean everything.. my question is, I know I'm not supposed to  be around certain chemicals because of the risk of breathing them in. We've been told its okay if I use a face mask to use these though, I'll still try to avoid them as much as possible and I'll probably wear a face mask at all times anyway but is there anything I should wear or use for extra precaution? Is there anything I should avoid using all together? FTM and my doctor isn't available for another 3w. My partners not happy about it but we just can't afford the time off work especially when he'll need it for when the baby is here..

I moved around the same time and I did all the cleaning and packing to lol
Its fine just make sure all doors and windows are open to vent out the harsh chemicals and take breaks frequently outside to sit and drink water in the fresh air.
Good luck!

Take breaks often and invest in a fan too. :) and yeah, the gloves. I forgot about them too the first time I went on a cleaning spree.

Gloves is good, didn't even think of those! (You'd think I would especially using cleaning products, pregnancy brain at its finest.) Ill probably try to avoid chlorine and bleach.. I think they're the most dangerous ? Will keep an eye open for vinegar based cleaners.. :)

Wear gloves! You'd be surprised how much of the chemicals will soak in through your hands, especially now that you're pregnant. I didn't once and my hands had a horrible scent for 2 days. Personally, I avoid chlorine.  I use vinegar based cleaners most of the time because they aren't as hard on me as other cleaners.
