**Mucous Plug***

Just lost my mucous plug yesterday at 37 weeks & 5 Days. I'm still having thick white discharge & a lot of dull back pain... Last Friday I was at 2cm dilated & 75% thinned... Can I be going into labor soon??

Sex is fine after your mucus plug comes out, it's when your water breaks that it's not safe anymore. Some women lose their mucus plug then don't go into labor for weeks, it's still safe to have sex.

You can still have sex because your placenta is still intact.

The feeling like ou have to have a BM and can't go sounds exactly like how my labor was, definitely sounds like your little one is coming soon!!

Yes, especially my lower abdomen & back they don't go away if I move or walk.

Earlier today I started getting contractions, but they are not the 5-1-1 yet.
I'm getting flu like symptoms & I have an urge to poop but nothing comes out...

Vomiting and diarrhea are both signs of labor. Your body will cleanse itself before having a baby. If you want to keep the contractions coming walk around your house. Walking will help with keeping your labor pains progressing. And don't forget to track contractions..... And go to the hospital when they are 5 minutes apart.

Since it is still early, make sure your hospital bag is packed and at the front door!!!!

Wow. Hope I'm one of those lucky ones.
I just started getting diarrhea & nausea tmi out of no where.... I've been getting a lot of pressure also in my rectum & hips.

Possibly my cousin lost her mucus plug Monday, her water broke yesterday and she had her baby today

There is a possibility that you could go into labor, but then again you might not. Just make sure you are tracking your pains and let your dr know of any changes. If contractions start, duration is longer, and if they get closer together.
