2 negative HPT's and no period for 7 wks!!

Please help me someone! I know theres plenty of you on here goin through the same thing! I am approx 7wks past my last periord (12th March)  i have taken 2 hpt and both have came back negative! I have read on here that i should perhaps wait a little while longer and do another hpt. My cousin also went through the same thing, countless hpts and Dr's tests all came back negative but she actually was pregnant! Can this sort of thing run in the family, low HCG levels or something?

I have noticed the last couple of nights a strange sensation in my lower abdomen and slight cramps, like my period was coming but nothing? My breasts have got bigger and my nipples are tender and i seem to be bloated. I havent had any spotting or dark discharge however i have noticed alot of clear discharge (alot more than normal!) i just feel strange but i cant put my finger on it, but dont even know wether to even believe it, is it all in my head?

Im not sure really what i should do? I think i obviously need to make a Dr's appointment asap, but is there anyone who has had the same or simillar situation and signs who actually turned out to be pregnant?

Please help, its driving me crazy!!!

Hi, my story was very similar to the ones I've read here and on other sites. Right now I have
- missed 2 periods (never missed one in my life before)
- it's been 60 dpo
- 79 days since my last af
I've had nausea, headaches, bloated tummy, backaches, ovary aches, spotting, fatigue and cramping.
I got countless negative hpts, and one negative blood test.  I had my thryoids checked and everything was normal.  Today I went for an ultrasound and my doc found a cyst on my right ovary.  Looks like I wasn't preggos after all.  She prescribed provera to get my cycle back on track.

I'm in the same boat, seeing the doctor on Tuesday to get tested.  Tell us the results when you get them, I'll put up mine if I get it right away.  If one of us gets a BFP it's likely the other one could too with such similar circumstances.  8 weeks no period tomorrow.  Good luck!!!!!!!

Have been to the Dr's, but because of our stupid health care in this country and the rule of havin to ring the mornin of the day you want the appointment my Dr was fully booked so i could only get to see the grumpy nurse who wasnt really helpful at all. First mornin wee sample sent off, hav to get the results on weds!!!! And have to try and make an appointment to see my Dr to get the results coz they wont do it over the phone!! Fingers crossed!

I really dont no what to think someone else has said that if it hasnt shown up now then im probably not?!? I havent been on the pill for over 2 yrs and my periods have been pretty regular? Perhaps like u said i might of just of ovulated late? Will keep u posted :-$

Well, I had a messed up cycle 3 cycles after getting off the pill and I finally got AF on day 54!  I had a faint positive EPT on day 47 and then got my period 6 days later and freaked out - it turned out to be a chemical pregnancy.  But, occasionally, strange cycles happen - in my case I had a chemical pregnancy, but probably wouldn't have known if I hadn't been testing every 3 days from day 35.  That was my only wacky cycle after getting off the pill.  My cycles were 32,37,54,28,35,34, and BFP once getting off the pill.  So, who knows, you may have just ovulated really late - like me - or you may be pregnant and it's just not showing up like Vic85 said - I hear that is somewhat common, too.  Oh, I did have some "pregnancy" symptoms near the time I got the faint positive, including strange cramping in lower abdomen, then all symptoms disappeared a few days before AF showed up.  Good luck and baby dust! :-)

Yep all 3 of my pregnancies took 3 weeks after my period was due, several negative hpt's later and i finally got a positive hpt with the first two. This time however it took the doctor to do a blood test to find out i was pregnant. I too thought it was all in my head but instinct is a powerful thing. Good luck I hope the results are what you want them to be.
