I do kegals for other reasons but its not helping lol. But ill try the pelvic thing thanks y'all!
Aw, I'm sorry you are going through that!! Men can be crule sometimes even if they don't mean to. My husband laughs at me when I'm getting a BH contraction. I know it's just a reaction so I don't take it too personal. My husband is very humerous so everytime I do something he laughs at me. There are times I'm so mad I tell him off but I already know how he is so I don't worry about it anymore. Try doing kegal exercises to strengthen your muscles.
I think u do those 10x, holding 5secs each. I can't find my physical therapy paper for it but I'm pretty sure that's how many times you do it per session
U can do kegel exercises(try to stop flow of urine a few times, holding for a few secs til u can feel the muscles that are being worked then u can do em just sitting) the pelvic tilt u can do against a wakl if u can't lay on the floor without getting stuck. U stand against the wall and relax your spine so it has that little curve. When you inhale, press the small of your back against the wall so you end up flat against the wall. When you exhale, you resume the original position. If you're laying down, you push the small of your back flat against the floor then relax so that little part curves again.

I started to leaked when I sneezed.... so I started
Pelvic floor every day...and now it doesnt happen.
I just stand up.sometimes and.it doesn't feel.like I have to.go.that bad and.it just starts coming out and I can't stop.it :( lol
im sorry about the facebook thing that y i wont have it. but about the peeing thing i totally understand i have to wear pantiliners and sometime even go thru them n my fiance thinks its funny too :) x
