My labor story!!!

Ok, after a long night I woke up at 8:30 in the morning and felt some liquid coming in to my undies. I jumped up and had to go pee so I thought I had just peed myself a little. This went on and the liquid kept trickling so i put down a pad and i just kept thinking it was pee. At around 11 am I felt a bigger gush and called my obgyn who told me to come in. Got to the hospital and a bigger gush just soaked me so I knew at that point my water broke. Got in and was 3 cm 70% effaced. Built up contractions till around 7 pm (with pitocin) then got an epidural. After the epidural I felt so at peace and relaxed yet I was still 3 cm. From 7 pm to 2 am I went from 3 cm to 9 cm. At around 3am I got to ten and started to push and had my little Alexander at 3:49 am and felt love like no other for the first time in my life. I feel I had the best labor.  The epidural helped out so much and I got to enjoy the experience instead of just bear through it. I am a mother now and I love my son more than anything. Good luck ladies, I hope you enjoy your labor process like I did mine. :)
