I assume you're on a supplement?  Ask your doc about getting an iron shot.  It gives you a huge black bruise on your bottom that takes a while to go away, but it helps a ton with anemia and you don't have to rely on pills that are hard to digest.

I've always gotten nose bleeds real easy and I'm not anemic.... Most of the time. A quick and easy way to stop them is to lean over a sink and just let it run. With your thumb and pointer finger start at the point of your nose and move them back till you find your nasel bone and put pressure on the bottom of the bone and push up towards your eyes. This stops it almost immediately. Next I splash cold water on my face and clean the sink. This next part might sound gross my now blow your nose slightly a blood clot she come out that's the end of the bloody nose. Some times it takes a few tries for worse bloody noses.

Something that has been helpful for me in my anemia struggles is switching to a plant-based iron supplement. Seems like it's better absorbed by my body. They can be more expensive than the average iron supplement (especially at a place like Whole Foods, which has great options), but are can be found more affordable on Amazon.com. Maybe they would help decrease the occurrence of your nosebleeds?

Yes nose bleed can be as a result of anemia. If you keep getting them,  place a small amount of vaseline around your nostril (make sure you can still breathe), this helps as a clotting agent and should reduce the time that your nose bleeds

Nose bleeds are common in pregnancy. I don't know if you get them more often because you are anemic though. Nose bleeds won't affect the baby.
