I had natural birth with both my boys and honestly it was the best! Right after I gave birth i was able to get up and walk around like nothing! I did have stitches because they cut me for the baby to come out so that was a little bit difficult , but other than that it was amazing. I didn't have an epidural or anything like that I had it completely natural and plan on going all the way natural this 3rd time!
I felt amazing after my natural birth. First birth I had epidural this time around I had no pain relief at all and I'm glad that I got to experience it that way. Ended up getting a tear so stitches caused a little discomfort afterwards and for nearly a week I felt like I'd done a full body workout. Really enjoyed my natural birth and I'd do it all over again tomorrow if I could :)
Had all natural and honestly only thing I had done different is ate food a lot after... but it was beautiful I didn't even know I was in labour we got to the hospital they checked me then said heads right there there was 5 painful contractions then pushing began I have them quick and fast so 2 hours from the first time feeling a contraction to holding him in my arms...
Every pregnancy is different. And every labor and delivery story is different. I really highly suggest going to natural birthing classes if you want that to be your birth plan. They are absolutely amazing! And some women's groups even offer them for free. They can ease ur mind and tell you what to expect. :) I have heard a lot of really good things about healing time with all natural birth compared to Medicated but again like I said every labor is different and what works for some does not work for all
And about afterwards.. i was in labor for 12hrs happend 11pm on a Saturday didn't get much sleep Friday and Saturday so i was exhausted that part wher i said the doctor went against my wishes well he cut open apparently to avoid tearing but i was 35weeks and baby was only 2.4kgs so the episiotomy was the worst part of healing but warm salt baths helped alot and taking it easy not siting straight up
I had a csec 7years ago and natural 14months ago. Natural is alot more special but be sure to choose a care provider you are 100% comfortable with mine went against my wishes didn't give options and so on. pregnant again and reallllly want a home birth think it wil be very relaxing to be in my own home the hospital stay wasn't that bad food was nice just to much staff in and out without asking
