Naval Base Rant

My husband is a marine so ibhave to go to naval hospital in base, well I had my regular check up today I'm 37 weeks tomorrow. Well I should be going at least every 2 weeks to a week, because  already at risk for early labor, well they scheduled me another 3 week appointment which puts me right at my due date. I'm just so frustrated with them.-. They never inform me on anything about my baby at all, I never have the same doctor so everytime I have a question they have to look something up, they all give me different answers and different opinions. I was put on ambien by one of the doctors for my sleeping patterns, when I went back to the doctor before I even mentioned my prescription he said" well I'm not going to give you a anti psychotic medicine if you are that much need of help you need to see a psychologist." First of all I never even asked to be put on or for a refill. I'm just agitated because he was being a total a.sshole about the whole situation. Yeah my sleeping pattern is horrible I get maybe 2-3 hrs a night which doesn't really bother me because I am a diagnose insomniac, it's the fact he came out so rudely about the whole situation without me or my husband mentioning anything. I am 37weeks tomorrow and I have gained only 30lbs all in my belly. All my vitals are perfect, my sugar levels, no diabetes, no high Bp, everything is at perfect levels or below sadly. But yet everytime I go in they give me **** about my weight, yeah I know I'm huge I don't need you pointing it out, I exercise daily, I eat and drink healthy and my baby is a great weight and length she is perfectly fine, it just irritates me because they want you to gain a healthy weight and everything but when I gain a lb they give me hell. Like I understand if I was excessively over weight and it was putting me or my baby at risk, but I'm not. I just wish try would get their stuff together:/ sorry for the long rant I'm just so tired of dealing with doctors:c I just want my little princess here already:c

File a complaint! I'm being seen at the naval hospital here in Camp Pendleton, Ca and it's really nice. I've seen the same doctor since the beginning, she always answers my questions and gives me a buttload of info, they always call me in on time even if it's packed and are always very nice. I'm not being seen as often as every two weeks or every week but there's a lot of women who need care and not enough doctors so to me it's understandable. My doctor always tells me if something doesn't feel right to go get checked. I'd file a complain. Though because that iisn't ok for them to treat you in such a manner.

I am a military dependant and my doctor is amazing! You can request to switch doctors, I've had really crappy military doctors and I've had some good ones. You really just have to find one you like.

^ if baby isn't ready to come, then baby isn't ready.  Sorry,  but military doctors won't induce unless it's medically necessary.  So suck it up. Deployments are apart of the military life. I'm a Navy wife and I don't have any complaints about my care at the Naval hospital in Bremerton, WA. They are wonderful here. If I were you ladies,  I'd file a complaint...Cause that's not how you should be treated

My husband is on the army,  I have to go to fort carbon,  in Colorado springs.  All the pamphlets they have say all this crap about how you see the same dr 85 percent of the time.  I've never seen the same dr and I have also never seen my assigned dr.  I've had 6 canceled appointments 2 resulting in me being 3 weeks late for a visit,  I've waited in the waiting room for 4 hours,  and I'm high risk. I understand your rant completely.  Just know your not a lone.
