Need answers-Help

I am 9w with my 5th baby.  You would think I'm a pro at this.  I started bleeding at 7w.  I've gone for 2 u/s and now they are telling me that I need another because my gestational sac is irregular.  I have seen the baby and the heartbeat at 172.  What does this mean?  Could these complications have anything to do with the fact that I have had 2 c-sections?

Thanks for the advice.  Family and friends are telling me not to worry.  How do I not?  This is my baby and I know that at this point it's really not a baby but to me it is.  All of my boys know and it would be hard to explain to the oldest (5y) if something goes wrong.

I doubt the c-sections had anything to do with it unless they were done improperly.  It could just be that something hasn't developed properly.  It may not be a problem or it may cause problems, but it's good that they are monitoring it.  I'm on pregnancy # 7 and I'm STILL learning new things so don't feel bad :)
