So last night I found out that my boyfriend got arrested for his 3rd DUI. Idk what to think eight now, I'm just so sad and mad at the same time. He's going to miss the birth of his son and I'm gonna have to raise him by myself. :(

I live In Arizona, and he already has a ignition interlock in his car. In Arizona, If you get a DUI within 7 years of your last offense its considered a felony, and minimum jail time is 4 months

Im Really Sorry. I Am In A Similar Situation. My Fiance Got His Car Taken Away And Was Given A Summons To Go To Court. He Had Gotten A Letter In November That If He Drove Within 90 Days, He Could Be Arrested. If He Gets Arrested, He Will Most Likely Be Deported. Message Me If You Need To Talk.

What state are you in...they could offer him probation n have a home breathalyzer...maybe some time but not as much

I know how you feel tho I'm sorry hun I'm in a similar situation, everything happens for a reason it's better for this to happen now then after the baby is born. God is giving him a chance to get his act together. Im here if you need anyone to talk to<3
