Im 38 weeks and for most women its jusy a sptom that comes with pregnancy. Elavate your feet whenever possible.  Drink tons of water. Take epsom salt baths and talk to your dr about it. If these things dont work, most dr will test you for preeclampsia or hypertension. But lets not assume the worst just yet. Good luck momma :)

You need to go get your blood pressure checked. It might be nothing but those are symptoms you need to get checked out. Ps try keep your feet elevated

I'm 23w4days and I'm having swelling ankles after a long day in the office. My doctor said to wear something comfortable that doesnt restrain your feet, drink a lot of water and put my feet up at home on a surface higher than my body (table, stool or desk). Also don't cross you legs and flight stockings apparently help ease swelling. Good luck! :)
