Never thought labor would be painful.

I just came from the hospital , I was having contractions 2 days in row. 10mins apart. They made me walk for two hours because I was dilated 1 &1/2 cm thin out. Well I walk and nothing only big contractions and no dilation.

Im so tired , I just been having these pain and its only going get worst until I dilate more :(. I feel do bad I gave to deal with pain every 10 mins makes me wanna drop toy knees. Feel like im trying to hold my pee of sharp needle.

Having to wait to dilate I never thought it would feel like hell.

Thank God for Epidural. Once you hit 8 cm they become so Horrible, you reach the point of literally forgetting how to Breath.

LOL yeah have not gone through labor myself but the thought of it being painful is logic, I do not see how someone would think having a baby come out of their vagina which is not a big hole would not hurt ! LOL. Well anyway I hope you can cope with the pain, walk and yeah I have heard sex is good to get things going as well.

Not sure where you got the idea labor wouldn't be painful. But yes it certainly is painful. Try a warm bath and tylenol.

Walk do squats have sex. I'm sure that'll help. (So I heard)
