Nipple stimulation

has anyone done hand nipple stimulation to help induce labor? Please help ladies, if so how did you do it? Is colostrum supposed to come out? If it does does that mean thats how its supposed to be done?

Don't do it! I've been doing it for the last couple of days because I had my 38week appointment today & wanted to dialate more & Jumpstart labor... long story short, it gave me the worst contractions & migrains but no labor! Top it off I'm only 1cm...

Do any of you ladies know of ways that actually worked to self induce labor?

My Dr said nipple stimulation is one of the worst ways to try and induce labor. He says he's seen it cause such bad contractions and they don't do anything (labor doesn't progress), but require meds to stop them.... I'd try other methods.

Stimulation meaning, getting your nipples hard. Pinching, rubbing, maybe have your partner play with them! Also do squats, have sex, walk!!!!

My mom said she did it like her and my dad were messing around. That when it was inducing labor, she didn't get horny, it caused contractions instead.
