No Heartbeat ?

Im Currently Seven Weeks Pregnant, My Last Period Was March 23rd. I Was Recently In The ER because I Was Having Bad Stomach Pains, They Did an Ultrasound but Couldnt Find a Heartbeat .. Is This Normal ? I Havent Bleed Or Spotted So Idk Whats Wrong, Im So Nervous Maybe Its Still Early ?

My friends girlfriend currently went thru the same but tey did an ultrasound and the baby is ok and then it happened again they couldn't find the heartbeat so they did another ultrasound and the baby is fine.. it happens,  you shouldn't worry that much your baby is probably fine

It could be that you are just early. I would schedule an appointment with a doctor to get another ultrasound or to check your hcg levels in your blood to make sure they are going up. Did they tell you anything about being to early for a heart beat or that you were far enough along that youre supposed to hear it? And sometimes ultrasounds miss the heart beat when you are early on as well, so even though they couldn't hear it sometimes there still is one! Really ask a doctor for another opinion and a check up to see whats going on.
