Nose bleeds & Nasal congestion

I've been noticing my nose bleeding every time I blow or wipe my nose. And sometimes its little blood clots that come out. My Nose is also always stopped up,  like it gets to the point I can't breathe. Anyone else having this?  What to do to reduce this?  & why it's out happening? ?

Saline spray, breathe right strips, claritan or zoloft

It's common to get stuffed nose during pregnancy. I also bled a couple of times. Blow your nose gently so as not to cause it yourself. Talk to your doc to suggest some drops if it's that bad. You need all the air you can get! :)
