I have my husband do it the day I am going to leave the hospital. Every thing is all ready when we get home :)
I breast feed most of the time so I do not need them right of but 10 minutes in boiling water does the trick. Just stir them around and air dry so no lint or anything gets on them :)

I did this about once a month bottles and binkys can get yucky and smelly.  :)

I also use glass bottles if I have to use a bottle.  I just do not personally like heating up plastic.
And they do not hold the old milk smell.

And with binkys I only use the green hospital ones because other pacy nips can get water inside them and the milk. And it can be a bacteria holder.

The worst for this is mam brand.
