Not moving tonight

So every night my baby moves when I lay down for bed.  Tonight she hadn't moved at all and I'm really scared. Should I go to the doctors? Should I go to the hospital? Should I wait?

You just need to relax, maybe lie a different way and concentrate on feeling the baby move. Maybe play some music or talk to him. I know you're nervous, I freaked a couple times too but stressing won't help anything, and each time my daughter had just been asleep. I agree, if it's really worrying you, you can call l&d they'll help

If you can call a nurse at the hospital and ask but if get unsure, it never hurts to safe and go in and check.

Drink juice/ a liter of water and lat down for an hour with your band on your bey. If you dont feel anything in that your call and let the Dr know. But baby could just be sleeping so try not to stress
