Severe leg cramps... Help

I'm almost 26 weeks and I'm having really bad leg cramps. They wake me up in the middle of the night. My toes curl and cramp up too. It's making me miserable. What can I do to make them go away??

I had it sooo bad with my first pregnancy. This pregnancy I have been drinking more than double the amount of water and I have only had 2 cramps (I'm 34 weeks) So staying hydrated works!!

Also try taking a short 30 min walk during the day... You can also extend your leg, point your heel down, and curl your toes up a few times while it's actually hurting you in bed. It does help. I suffer from the crap sometimes and it does suck :(
