It's best to look up labor exercises that is safe for you to do. Obviously squats is a good way to start. I normally look up third trimester exercises on YouTube.
Try and get yourself more dilated by walking more, do some squats, if you have a yoga ball use it, sex is said to help dilate too but I haven't tried that. I'm in the same boat with you, my doctor asked if I wanted to be induced next week and I said no that I will try to get myself more dilated naturally first, I'm scared of being induced as well, I feel like the baby will come when it's supposed to come, I refuse to take primrose oil etc for now
