OT---How Many Trick or Treaters???

Just wondering how many Trick or treaters everyone got

Our halloween was VERY slow...I was planning on dressing up with df when he got home and sitting in our driveway with a fire and handing out the candy...well he got home to tell me he was going to a friends house for a while..so I dressed up alone and sat without the fire in the driveway. I only saw about 15 kids that should still be trick or treating! The first group was like 15, 15 year olds! All together in one group. I looked through them and only half were wearing costumes! I was like wow are you guys all together and one kid was like no were all alone!(sarcastically of course) I wanted to shut the door in his face! lol I went to my grandmas down the street and she had a few kids come while I was there. When I went to leave her neighbor, whose like 6 ran up to me and shes like GET MY CAT!! GET HIM! and i have never met her...He was a big black cat so I can understand the reaction to him getting out. I tried to grab him but he jumped back into their yard. She was cute though. lol I tried to go to a party with df(when he finally came home) and a couple friends...but there was like 5 people there and df had to work this morning so we only stayed for an hour. Then we came home and went to sleep. My halloween wasn't very good lol

We went uptown with my daughter and it was PACKED.  Families everywhere!  All of the local businesses sat outside to give out candy.  The churches also had trunk or treat...However, driving home I commented to DH how many people did NOT have their porch light on.  We'll probably always go uptown since it seems hit or miss with the individual houses.

we live in a HUGE area that is ALL kids. So we had about 100 or more kids... literally. I went thru 4 bags of candy that each had about 200 pieces! we even ran out!

I live in the country also so zippo for me! i havent had any in years no matter where i have lived at! In NM where i grew up there was always trick or treaters! I think here just certain places hand out candy or churches have parties i dunno but my dad lives in the city and he got zero last year!

I got none either:(:( I live in the country though. My little sister is 11 and she dressed as a pirate, that's the only costume I saw today!:)LOL

WE only had 12 trick or treaters come. I can't say kids cause one was our neighbor who is 17, then 3 others where AT LEAST 19 or older. It's disappointing. I live right in town but people walk down one side of the street and don't come back. Also my husband didn't give treats for five years...but we've had a light up pumpkin out for the last 3 years. And i live right beside an elementry school, so there's kids in my neighbourhood, i think a lot must go to parties at churches or something
