Ovulating already??? what do you think?

So this past week I've had what seemed like EWCM everyday. Then yesterday I had a terrible pain in my lower belly...it seemed to be more to the left side, but couldn't really tell. I also had this pressure feeling on my bottom....it was awful feeling and hurt to stand. I do remember feeling this way one time when I was ovulating before I conceived Jeremiah. I was very fertile then and hubby and I did the deed and lo and behold, I got pregnant with Jeremiah. lol. Jesse just turned 6 weeks yesterday and I was hoping to go a little longer this time around before getting my period back. With Jeremiah it came back 8 weeks post partum. So if I am doing the math correctly and am indeed O'ing, it would be at the same stinkin' time again, right???? You would think nursing every 2 hours (or more often) that it would delay things...I guess I'm one of the unlucky ones. =P  I do not plan on getting pregnant again anytime in the near future, so we have been avoiding and/or using protection. So when I told hubby I think I am O'ing, he is like, forget it, we will just wait until you get your period because that is the only safe way. lol. Poor guy...we are both terrified of anything happening again. After all we went through with Jesse, I am not ready to go through that again anytime soon and just want to enjoy my 2 boys.
But come on...why can't I be one of those women who goes a year without getting a period. I'm so jealous of you all who are like that! =)

I feel for you Chantal! After Taylor I bled for 5 weeks straight, had one week free of bleeding and then started AF. She stayed for 23 days!!!!!! Stupid depo:( I was never able to BF but I always thought it takes longer to get AF . Sorry you have to get it so soon! But hey, like you said at least you know what your body is doing instead of guessing:)

It's so weird, after my first son, I did not feel like myself until 8 weeks later...I was extremely sore! So nothing happened until that 6 week mark. This time, I felt like great just days after giving birth...it was amazing. We tried it around week 4, and it was actually fine. I stopped bleeding just before 3 weeks and was suprised.
It will be nice if I get my period again because then I know what my body is doing, but at the same time, I wish BFing would stop it, but oh well!! We will see what happens. I have a feeling she may show her ugly face in 2 weeks. lol

I didn't get my period back until after I stopped breastfeeding (when DS was 6 months old) so I guess I can't relate....but I do sympathize!

I'm actually impressed that you're back to having sex so soon after giving birth - with DS, I think we waited a good 8 weeks....and even then, I was still sore - it took awhile to get our groove back!
