Pain during pregnancy

So, I have been up all night about every 1-2 hours with some mild pain. I go pee and it relieves some of the pain so I can go back to sleep. I just thought I was really uncomfortable last night. Well this morning, it got better after a shower and some rest. But then I had to come into work. The ride to work was fairly painful. It would be an annoying mild pain (about a 4 or so) then for a few mintues the pain would go up to a 6 or so, then back down. Standing seems to help relieve the pain. Sitting makes it worse. The pain is in my vajina, lower pelvic, rectum, hip and back area. It will radiate across, but just seems to be mainly on the left side.

Is this normal? Could it be that the baby is just in a weird spot? I haven't been constipated and did "go" this morning, so I don't think it's that. Could this just be round ligament pain? When should I get concerned and call the dr?

And by the way, I am a little over 19 weeks along now....Thanks ladies for your help! :)

My very awesome dr does a urine analysis at every visit. But come to think of it, this does seem familiar to the last UTI that I had...I've been drinking a ton of water lately so it's hard for me to notice any difference in color/cloudiness.
The pain seemed to ease up after a bit, but then came back. I just went potty again and the pain is virtually gone now....maybe I just had some extra in there! LOL! I hope the pain stays away. I can't make it to the dr right now and would have to wait till after hours and go to the ER if it gets worse or comes back.
But I think it was just gas/need to potty or ligament pain. It's not getting wose. It just comes and goes....and it is on a go right now thankfully! :)

It could be the baby in an awkward position or round ligament pain. but if the pain is relieved when you pee it could also be a UTI or a bladder infection. i would ask your dr to check for those if they dont already. good luck, i hope it gets better!
