haha awesome. I've been around bowling so much that I honestly hate it lol
my whole family bowls too! haha my grandma, grandpa, nd my aunt karen had their bowling team wit their friends.... my aunt karen( shes older) still bowls on her team in AZ, grandma nd grandpa bowled till they got too weak nd couldnt, nd out here in Cali both my aunts, both my uncles, my mom nd my step grandpa all have their leagues nd teams... ive been goin to the bowlin alley that they bowl at since i was a baby... i guess it runs in our family haha... next generation will prolly be me nd my cusins
But I would only do that if it's really close to your due date & you are ready for him!
I've herd spicy food helps.. & lots of exercise. Have you thought about being enduced?
Everything the other ladies have said are the best ways...after a long day of squats and walking, dancing and bowling take a super hot shower and try meditation to take the anticipation away before bed...hopefully all the activity & relaxation will get things moving :)
