I'm 33+3 and my 6 year old is super lovey and protective of me and baby. Whenever the cat tries to lay on my belly she grabs the cat and tells her she'll squish the baby. My daughter is old enough to fully understand, I would say yours senses something is going on and just wants to be close to mommy. Congrats on twins  and good luck!

I'm 34 weeks and my 10 yo son is going thru the same thing. He has become very clingy and even a little whinny. I guess he was so use to being the only 1 and now after 10 years he has to share mommy & daddy and he is having some trouble handling it.

Im 33 weeks and my youngest who is 5 has been very clingy for the last couple of weeks. He won't leave my side and is always hugging me. He won't sleep unless Im next to him either. Maybe it's because he knows that he won't be the baby for much longer. It's odd because when he was born it was my eldest and not my youngest who acted like that!

Lol that's so cute!! My little girl does the same thing! She comes to our bed after sleeping in hers for a couple hours!! Last night she spent the night at her ma's house and sleep all night and went to bed early! I really feel bad like we're turning her life upside down:(

My daughter is 4 and she used to love going to Nana or Mema's house but now, she wants nothing to do with going anywhere now. She wants to stay by my side at all times. She will even wake up in the middle of the night & come check on me. Its so cute. She said shes scared that she wont get to see "her baby" first. Lol
