My bhs are very intense especially because of ibs(irritate bowel syndrome)... So thy hurt alot n been getting them since 16wks... I m very scared my self i still got 10wks... But i m worried as when bh happens i cant catch my breadthbck for good 30secs... N in worst scenario my bh can come every 20 mins in an hr lol... So i just sit n imagine getting thm every 5mins or however thy ll go... I might have to be put on gas just so i can breathe...

You'll be fine hun! A woman's body is made to take immense pain. And if you can't handle it there's always medication :)

Oh you'll know! Lol. Contractions are painful and they typically start in your back and wrap around to your abdomen. They will stop you in your tracks and sometimes even take your breath away from the pain. They don't go away with anything you do.

Oh trust me, honey. You'll know. The real thing is SO painful, wraps all the way around your lower torso and doesn't ease up no matter what you do. Plus real contractions can be consistently timed and get gradually closer together.
