Opinions?

So last night my husband was talking to his mom on the phone and I told him to tell her about me constantly being out of breathe. Whether I'm doing things, or just sitting down. She told him to tell me to walk every day for about 15 minutes. I don't see how that would help me out though. What do you girls think about it? I just know I'm gonna be out of breath while walking for no reason.

Shortness of breath is pretty common, starting in the second trimester and throughout pregnancy. Things are getting cramped with your expanding uterus, and everything shifting around. Unless your fainting as a result, its not usually anything to worry about.

Maybe she thinks when you walk you will be training your lungs or something? Kinda like when overweight people start exercising and stuff they are constantly out of breath but the more times they do it the easier it is to breath even if they don't lose weight.

Yeah, I exercise all the time. I know it'll help me out for delivery. .and just to be even more healthy than I am now. I just didn't think walking an extra 15 minutes would help me breathe easier lol

Its good to excersie while pregnant, helps with the big day...  at first when you walk you will be tired but the more days you do it you'll get used to it and feel better...your out of breath probly depending on how far along you are because baby is pushing up
