Hi ladies need alil help. Here's a list of my periods for 4 months. Sept 15-19,oct 16-20,nov 20-24, dec 28-31. When do u think I should start using the opk kit. I got a pack of twenty. I don't want to use them all in one shot at trying. Thanks ladies for the responses

the same warning goes with vitex dont take it once you think you maybe pregnant, and yes it will probably take around 3 cycles, sometimes 6 so dont give up on it, hmm there are lots of women that post on here and dont get there cycles for a long time after comming off that shot, doesnt sound very good to me

You can buy vitex online. Try amazon. I got a 3 month supply for only $6 including shipping. It's very cheap on there. I took vitex for 3 months but got discouraged so I stopped last month. Now I'm 5w3d pregnant. I possibly have pcos and very long irregular cycles 32-43 days in a cycle. The vitex was great. It definately regulated my cycle.

I don't reccomend taking more than 800mg as more than that can cause migraines and nausea.

Also look into getting an herbal tea blend called fertilitea. You can purchase a one month supply off amazon as well for $14. It's loose tea so you'll need a tea strainer. And it is soooo good! My husband Even drank the tea.

One warning though do not take it during pregnancy. There's lots of Senate on whether it causes miscarriage or not. So i suggest taking it the first day of your menstrual cycle with breakthrough bleeding.

ThAnks sooo much. I can buy vitex at like cvs or something? I tested again n still nothing but my ovulation cal says I should ovulate on the 19th so hopefully I do. But I diff am gonna look into vitex. I really wish my doctor would have talked to me alil more about the shot n everything. Me and my dh have been trying for like a year n still nothing. There is an age difference I'm 21 n he is 33 so we trying to really kick start the baby making. I just hope the shot didn't mess me up n I can still have kids. I get worried all the time since I had an mc a couple years back n it tore me apart. I lost the baby at 16 weeks n that's what made me decide to go on depo cuz I was so scared to try again n lose it. But thank u so much for being here for me n giving me strenghth in this hard time. But I'll talk to u soon. I'm hoping a test comes back pos soon.

sometimes you have an off cycle where you dont ovulate, I'm glad you  came back on with this post as I've been thinking about you and couldnt find it, with your irregular periods, once you get it, start taking vitex, it might take a couple of months but it helps your cycle get regular etc and all the other benefits that go with that :) so should help with ovulation as well, you can get it at the health food shop and liquid is better that tablet form, I really think you should give it a go... just keep testing, your about day 20 and if your longest has been a day 34 going by your last 3 cycles, if your going to ovulate it should be comming up soon,  you may find that you have a luteal phase deficiency, and vitex will help with that as well

Stacey10 I'm freaking out. I been testing for like two weeks n still haven't got a positive opk. Is it possible I'm not ovulating I only got like ten test left :( this is stressing me out. What if I don't ovulate but my periods have been irregular ever since I got off the shot but my lmp was dec 28

scratch that last bit off!! your shortest cycle is 30 days and your longest is 34, so go with the shortest so start testing on day 13 so that would be 9th jan :)

because your cycle ranges from 32 to 38 days you would use the shortest of the cycles so you would start testing around day 14-15 of your cycle so that would be 10-11 jan, make sure you test same time each day and limit your fluid intake for about 3 hrs before you test, dont use first morning wee  and between 10-5pm are the best times I think it is :)
