Overdue ? Stm

I was wondering how common it is to go over your due date with your first pregnancy . Everyone keeps telling me not to expect my baby till a week after my due date && its very annoying . So , for the second time moms , how many of you went over your due date && by how much ? Or how early did you have your babies && by how many days ? (:

I was a bit late, not much. I've got a friend whose first baby was about a week late, second a few days early, third went to 43w2d... so you never know.

yeah.. this is my second pregnancy, but this will be my first-born.. 13w1d.

my OB said I could be a week early or a week late, it all just depends on when the baby is ready.. (I always say it's up to God so.. who knows right?!)

just praying for a healthy, happy, and safe baby & delivery. good luck!! (((:

It really just depends on your body, w/ my first pregnancy I had my son on my due date. This is my second pregnancy I'm 39 +1 & I honestly feel like I will need to be induced I haven't dilated any. So just be patient baby will come when ready.

Statistics show for most first time mom's we go over our due date most of the time. And it's because our body's haven't gone through all the changes and stretching. A due date is an estimate but from what I understand most first time mom's will go over their due date. But it doesn't mean you will but be prepared to go over just so you're not so disappointed if your due date comes and goes with no sign of baby yet. Babies run on their own schedule they come when they are ready to.
