I don't even see colostrum
Hey there! Dont worry the milk doesn't come till a couple days after baby comes. For now its just colostrum!
Hey guys am 36 weeks and am worrying about breast feeding don't see any milk coming from my breast
It sounds like you will be in labor soon, that's exactly how it was with me. I lost my plug over a period of like 4 days and then went into labor. Good luck!
I walk around my house like crazy doing something to stay on my feet. I keep losing my mucus plug before there wasn't blood in it now there is blood in it. I have been losing my mucus plug since Thursday night.
When I was ready to have my son all I did was clean the house. All that work put me into labor the next day and I had a fast delivery. Although everyone and every body is different, but if you can and it can be done, you could give it a shot. On a positive note, you will come home to a really clean house with baby. :)
I have been told not to try it just cause everyone who has it made them just run to the bathroom didn't do them any good
I wouldn't recommend castor oil, it will most likely give you diarrhea, in turn causing dehydration. It can also cause stress on the baby and possibly even make them poop, which is very dangerous. Just better to not risk it imo.

Thank you! I will try anything that may do something. I'm tired of being uncomfortable when I want to sleep.
If you have a breast pump ..you could try pumping regularly.. this kind of nipple stimulation can help..caster oil I'm herd can work to
Nipple stimulation, it releases the labor hormone and also causes uterine contractions. It can't just be for 10 minutes though, for a few hours a day is what's recommended. Intimacy of any kind also releases that hormone, hugging, cuddling, skin to skin is great. You can try the pineapple thing, eat a ton of it, not sure the validity of it but it goes around. Keep your knees below your pelvis as often as you can, it keeps the babys head engaged with you cervix, don't sit back on the couch, sit backwards on a chair, or use a birthing ball. You could try some redraspberry leaf, I swear it worked for me but I had taken it since about week 34. Think that's all I got, best of luck
Lunges! Maybe try the raspberry leaf tea! I just know walking and sex are the biggest ones. also walking up and down steps! Good luck! Praying for you guys!
