thanks for the comments ladies, I sometimes forget to pay close attention to the painsin my stomach. i think i might if felt these pains but i never think about ovulation. i dont know why. however i am goin to start taking notice since i have been tracking my BBT. should i pay attention when my temp starts to go up for that pain since when your temp rises in the middle of the month its an indication that your about to ovulate or just ovulated.
some months its my right side and others my left. and the throbbing pain lets me know. it wont be the same side every month it just depends which side you ovulate on that month. but you will usually ovulate ten to fourteen days after the first day of your period so you will know if your ovulating then you will know that its just ovulation cramps
I can't tell the difference, only thing I know is that ovulation doesn't give me the low dull ache in my stomach that my period does, and ovulation I feel the pinching on my side as well.
as said above ovulation pains will be on 1 side, which ever side you ovulate from that month. it will only be there for a day. sometimes its a dull ache other times its throbbing. keep in mind though some women dont get ovulation pain at all. oh and i have found sex helps the pain!
when i ovulate i just get dull pains on either side where my ovary is located. sometimes its a throbbing pain or a little sharp pain but it goes away moments later.
