PLEASE HELP!!! Throwing up blood??

I'm worried because sometimes when I'm throwing up in the morning little strings of blood are coming up too its not like pure blood but its enough to notice..a friend said it could be busted blood vessels but I get that over my eyes from (sorry tmi) dry heaving..they don't actually bleed...has anyone had this happen to them? I'm getting really nervous about it

I am straining alot cause I can barely eat as it is..I am going to talk to my doctor about it but I wanted to see if I needed to go to the ER, thanks so much for your help ladies :)

Yeah normal for me with both my pregnancys espcially when i was straining alot and hurt to be sick

I do it its because ur strainin that much n theres nothin left

you need to call your doctor. puking blood isnt normal.
