PUPPP :(

Please someone help me with this.

It's really bad on my stretch marks on my belly, and its currently spreading to my thighs and my arms close to my armpit going down to my elbow.

I can't stop itching, it's so unbearable and miserable. It's making me cry and hate being pregnant, as if I didn't already hate it enough. I'm 32+6.

I wouldn't wish this upon my worst enemy.. :(

I just wanna relieve it. I can't sleep.

My doctor prescribed me cream, and it seems to settle the swelling, but doesn't relieve the itch.

I have been dealing with PUPPPs since I was 17 weeks, I am now 29 weeks. PUPPPS needs to be dried out, baths make it worst and try taking a shower every other day for a while. Each morning and night rub Witch Hazel (found in Walmart, CVS, Walgreens) with a cotton ball on all your affected areas. Itching it is horrible and I know how miserable you feel but try not to itch it, each time the skin is broke it will worsen or spread. I was prescribed a antihistamine to help me with itching. While I take showers I use Pinetar soap. It smells but it really does help and after I dry off from the shower I use Cortisone 10. That works the absolute best with instant relief but if it is used to much your body will build up to it and make it useless. I'm so sorry; it it's absolutely miserable I know but seeking help from your doctor along with these tips should give you some relief. (Also if possible- rubbing ice on the areas will numb it along with dry it out)

I had it and once the baby is born it will go away. Until then you just have to tough it out. Everything I put on mine made it worse.

Use pinetarsol cream hun it's the only thing that worked for me. You can buy it at chemists. I know how you feel and I feel for you!  It doesn't smell the greatest but boy does it help!

I would recommend the creme and moisturizer E45, although it is available in UK, I don't know about other places - probably should have some way to get it in internet or something. If that doesn't help - organic, cold pressed oils (avocado, almond, your prefference really). Black cumin oil has 1000 of healing powers, but it's on the more expensive side. Hope some of this helps. Good luck and hang on!!!!!
