if your like me you will prob take to much. But I've just finished packing my bags and I've packed. 2 sets of pjs, slippers, 3 pairs of socks, 6 pairs of knickers, toiletries( shampoo, toothbrush and paste etc) bobbles and hair brush. Going home clothes, maternity pads, nursing pads and make up. And for baby I've packed nappies, wet wipes, 4 vests, 2 baby grows, a few bibs, coming home outfit, snow suit ( I'm due at Christmas) hat mittens socks, cardigans blanket and car seat. Will also be taking camera, books, my 3ds and some snacks for my partner. I think that's about it. Don't think I missed anything out. Also take phone numbers to contact Friends and Family. Oh and I've also packed a top that opens at the front to give birth in. I'm also raking my own pillow as the hospital ones aren't very comfy.

When I went to the hospital I was not expecting to be in labor for 3 days then have a c-section and be there for another 3 days lol. Pack a few pairs of comfy clothes including socks and slippers if you have them. I only had to wear the hospital gown while in labor/surgery. Of course bring your bathroom essentials. Entertainment wise we had a gameboy for my fiancée, my nook so I could read if contractions weren't too bad and a PSP with games and movies. Cell phones too because I needed contact with the outside world lol. We also brought a video camera and snacks.
