Pain should I be concerned?

I am 33 weeks pregnant and beginning this afternoon while walking around the mall I began having a stabbing pain in my lower abdomen about 1" from my hip bone. It was so severe I was literally on the floor until it relieved itself. It went away for a little while and I only had a few between then and recentally. I have been laying around,drinking water and doing nothing. They have begun to flair up agian. I am concerned they may be assoiciated with my gall bladder maybe kidney stones or my appendix.  What could this be? I have also been a little nauseas since this began.

I am still having this pain and nothing is relieving it. Any suggestions on how to relieve it?

I am worried about high blood pressure. I have been having a excess in swelling beginning today and A bright red spot in the white in my eye do you think that would be related.

It could possibly be round ligament pain, but it could also be the baby pushing up against something.... You never know where those little body parts are going to end up... LOL...... If it get's too bad, I would call your Dr. and ask them.

I just stood up from a sitting position and it fell in pain this couldnt be just round ligament could it?

thats what I thought at first but he is not moving there I can tell excally where he is and he is on the oppsite side. Which now that I think about it is odd.

Or maybe it was the baby hitting you in that area. That has been happening to me lately and Im 33 weeks too. He has dropped down so I feel all kinds of new feelings in that lower area, a lot of them are quite sharp and painful.

I have been having contractions since 24weeks, but I am concerned about high bloodpressure. I have a bright red spot in my right eye and Im not sure if this is related or not

Do  you have a history of kidney stones ? It could possibly be, or you could have been having contractions.....

it sounds like the pain I get when I get kidney stones... lots of water & cranberry juice and tylenol every 4 hours is what my doc told me... and a heating pad for only 15 minutes at a time at the lowest setting
