Pain!

I have this pain on my left lower abdomen whenever I laugh or cough or sneeze or contract my stomach muscles. It's not unbearable pain but it's definitely uncomfortable. What could this be?

It's your round ligaments. They're sore from stretching, happens to all of us unfortunately lol. When I feel a sneeze coming on, I bring my knees to my chest so it won't hurt. Works every time :)
