Pantoprazole
My dr put me on pantoprazole for acid reflux and feed back?
Omeperazole is a category c. And ranitidine is pretty much the safest. And most doctors prescribe it.
I think it's category B like omeprozol! There's no proven risks! Some doctors just have different opinions (:
My dr told me the one she put me on was safe but that there was one in the group that wasnt safe i just cant remember what one it was
Well I was on omeprazol and my OB took me off because it wasn't super safe and tested during pregnancy! But the doctor that confirmed my pregnancy told me it was fine. I think that there are some medications that are on the edge (like zofran) and had many different opinions. I always choose the natural route during my pregnancy though and I've suffered with GERD or acid reflux my entire life!
