Papaya,pineapple,dates......what abt jaggery

I heard papaya, pineapple,dates...causes miscarriage. But what about Jaggery. I saw in a video jaggery is good for decreasing acidity during pregnancy. But, one of my friend said it is not good while pregnancy time. Any suggestions..please

Jaggery is a type of sweetner, similar to sugar. Big in the Indian culture. They put it in curries, lentil soups, candies, rum, lots of stuff. But it's made differently from sugar and there's supposed to be a lot of benefits from jaggery.

I think your friend might be over-paranoid.

Um..I don't think all that it true..papaya enzymes actually help with heart burn later in pregnancy. ..

Yes I eat mangos too since I have 3 trees of different kinds here at home lol

dude, i eat mangos like crazy. it's mango season here in costa rica so me and my hubby just go picks them off the trees. and i feel great. pineapple always makes me get nausea. dates sound good right about now. and jaggery?

Pin apples and papaya an mangoes  are suppose to throw you into labor  they have something in them to ripen your cervix never heard it will make you misscarry

I have heard that dates are very good to eat at all times. And in pregnancy, it helps improve blood circulation to the foetus.

I ate a lot of pineapple as well in the little mixed fruit cups they have and just straight pineapple by itself n I'm fine as well. I never heard it cause miscarriage. did ur doctor say anything about that

I've ate plenty of pineapples during my pregnancy and even before I knew i was pregnant and Im already 30+6 weeks so I highly doubt it causes miscarriages
