Passed out 30 weeks

Ok so this morning I went to go pee and my vision started to get fuzzy and black so I attempted to yell for my husband he came in right away but it seemed like several minutes to me, my whole world went black and from what my husband told me I tried to get up and fell over. I was out for only a few seconds but I called my doctor right away. The nurse told me that it was normal... So I stayed at home and my worried husband took the day off to take care of me... So I guess what I'm wondering is, is this really normal. I mean I don't have a history of blood sugar or blood pressure problems I had eaten and drank water before this happened and I ha already been up walking around for a few minutes before I went to pee... My mom, mother in law, grandma, husbands grandma, and sister were all concerned and said it's not normal. I'm just really scared it will happen again when my husband is not here and baby and I get hurt.

Exactly what Allocate said you need protein and water:) i have this problem alot because i never feel hungry. But i bought some protein bars like the kind with granola, fruit, and yogurt. And i eat those when i know i havent eaten or had enough protein that day.

Nope that protein is out by eight hours. Try keeping peanut butter crackers by your bed. Eat one before you get up. If you pass out again then I'd say call your doctor. How much water are you drinking? I know you said you had some before you got up

You could have just had a fainting spell. When everything didn't seem right and you called for your husband I think when you stood that's when you fainted. If you would have sat down for a bit til the feeling went away you probably would have been fine. Were you too hot? Maybe the heat played a part? Idk but I think if it were just a fainting spell and a medical person says its normal, I think you should be fine. But document the date so if it ever happens again you know exactly when each happen so you can show them

How much protein are you eating? And are you also getting electrolytes?
