Passing out/vomiting?

Today I was sitting in church and all of a sudden I was REALLY light headed and so nauseous so my husband helped me leave the sanctuary. I passed out in the lobby on a sofa and then woke up because I was throwing up on myself and some women led me to the restroom and after I was sick for a couple of minutes I got back up and felt totally back to normal. Has this happened to anyone? Im 13 weeks and haven't felt sick very often if at all lately. Im really confused how this could have happened. Any one know anything about this?

Thank you so much! Ill definitely call tomorrow to check with them but I have felt totally normal all day after that. It was just so scary because I've never passed out like that before other than when I was playing sports.

I'm not going to say it's normal for you cause something else could be wrong but it is normal for me. I've been doing this since I was about 13 weeks, after I vomit I'm back to normal!

Yeah its normal, before i knew i  was pregnant, i didnt eat or drink anything one day, i took a shower, fainted , woke up throwing up. Luckily my boyfriend was in the shower with me lol. We called the hospital and they said to take a pregnancy test, that its a sign of pregnancy. We just laughed at them. Then a few weeks later, yup found out i was pregnant! Drink and eat throughout the day! Its dangerous if you dont!

This has happened to me. I get light headed all the time when im at work. It could be because of you not eating enought. Eat breakfast lunch and dinner. I know it is  hard due to not being hungry so try snacking through out the day. It helped me. I dont get hight headed as much anymore.

Oh its ok. What better place to pass out and vomit other than a church! ;) the women really were so sweet. We went just visiting for the 3rd time too so that was the worst part. Seems like a comedy sketch! I had a check up this past week and they just told me to gain some weight. I think I may call tomorrow and talk to them abt it but I've got an appointment on the 20th so it may be ok to wait unless they say otherwise?

My family thinks it may be because I've always had trouble eating enough and gaining weight. Do you think it would be mostly due to that?

Feeling like this is common in pregnancy but it could possibly mean other things as well. If you had your 1st trimester lab's drawn already and things came back normal then it should not be anything serious.
