Pcos and pregnancy...

Hey ladies, so I'm new to this page since I found out I'm pregnant 2 days ago on mine and my husband's birthday... However I'm a by worried, I lost an ovary 2 years ago and the only one that I have left I was diagnosed with pcos a couple months ago. My question is "does anyone know if this will harm the baby in any way?" I'm going to the doctor tomorrow but I'm just trying to prepare myself for anything that she might say... Any response will be great. THANKS!

Thank you for that. By any chance were you on metformin? I'm not sure whether I should continue with it or not...

I have pcos as well and was told once your pregnant it doesn't effect the baby I would just ask them to monitor your cervix. My 1st pregnancy they told me I had a short cervix at 19 weeks but they weren't worried at 23+2 weeks my water broke and at 23+5 my baby girl was born she's a happy healthy 2 year old now,but now I'm almost 19 weeks again and have a short cervix and going through all options to keep his butt in right now so just be careful and ask to be monitored
